For our meeting Monday, do four things:

• Bring examples to share of the swag and materials you (or your agent and/or publisher) have prepared to help sell your books;
• Identify additional marketing strategies;
• Identify which things you’ve done to sell your books; and
• Identify which strategies worked on you and prompted you to buy a book.

Also, note that the list is broken up into parts: things an author can do all by themselves and things that require working with someone else. Bring your ideas about how the Herd can do more things together to help sell our books. We’ll return to this subject at a later meeting.
