SUMMARY:Dedication of the HAPO Stage at John Dam Plaza
DESCRIPTION:The new HAPO Stage in John Dam Plaza will be dedicated on Saturday\, April 9th. The City of Richland plans to hold a huge gala celebration from 10 AM to 6 PM. \nThe City has asked if the Wordherders would like to participate. Richland will provide a grass or concrete slab along the arched walkway for us to put up a table and a canopy to allow authors to talk about and sell their books. In addition to selling your books\, this might be a great opportunity to expand the Wordherder ranks. \nWe have so many current and newly-published authors that we could easily cover the 8 hours in two or three time slots and those of you with books to sell could stay for as long or a little as you’d like. Personally\, I would expect hundreds (if not thousands) of people stopping by to join in the fun and browse – what a great opportunity to sell books\, eh? \nIf you would like to participate\, please let me know by COB March 14th. Also let me know how long you could be there or when you’d like to join in the fun.
