Phoebe worked with Amazon Kindle from before it was born. She knows Kindle publishing as a tech specialist, customer service provider and manager, content evaluation specialist, and most recently Executive Customer Relations for Kindle Direct Publishing, where she handled highly escalated customer issues related to KDP.

In addition to her day job as a technical account manager for a software firm, Phoebe is responsible for digital publishing as part of the new company, Seiders House Publishing.

Phoebe writes casual fiction and republishes works in the public domain, including The Lady’s Not for Burning and A Sleep of Prisoners, both by playwright Christopher Fry.
